Day 3 - February 24, 2012

Tonight Nick stayed with Maribeth & I to pray the rosary.  We blest ourselves with holy water & since it was so windy & cold & starting to rain freezing water, I said our four opening prayers.  Maribeth & I took turns holding a pro-life sign & leading the rosary for all involved with abortion in any way, reading a brief meditation from the Sorrowful Mysteries before each Hail Mary.  Nick led us in the last decade.  He then left for home.  Maribeth & I were glad because he had been out there since a little after 5pm.  Maribeth & I then said the Stations of the Cross & since we had a bit of time left in our prayer vigil, we huddled together & sang How Great Thou Are & You Are Mine.  It felt like tiny, burning, baby hail hitting our faces but we had lots of happy honks & for the one negative, we said a quick prayer for that person.  (Jenny P)
